Puerto Rico, Hawaii, and Alaska
We still only charge our flat rate of $4.95 for Puerto Rico, Alaska and Hawaii and orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail. Average delivery times of 3-5 days.
When will my product be shipped?
Orders will be processed and shipped the same day or within 1 working day except weekends & holidays. Please allow 3-5 days bank clearance for orders that are paid by personal checks.
Cancel an order
You may cancel your order if you e-mail or contact us before your order is shipped. Shipment can be as soon as 1 hour after you place your order, or within 1 working day.
Return Policy
If you receive your shipment and the contents are broken or
damaged, please notify us immediately by email regarding damaged
merchandise. Damage claims must be submitted within 5 days from the
date you received your package. Please make a copy of your shipping
invoice, circle the damaged item, include a brief description of
damage and mail the original shipping invoice to Solatan at the
address below. We cannot replace your damaged merchandise
until the original shipping invoice is received.
YOUR SATISFACTION IS OUR GOAL. If you are not satisfied with your
purchase, we will refund your purchase price, less shipping, if
items are returned in their original condition with in 30 days.
Please include the original shipping invoice with refunded item and
write a brief description of your reason for dissatisfaction. We
reserve the right to deduct up to a 25% fee from your refund if we
feel the returned items have been used inappropriately. Items
returned after 30 days cannot be refunded.
